Scanning Vector over as though he were a threat he hesitated before sitting next to the other, though keeping at least a foot and a half away. Pursing his lips and looked at what was outside in the sky he sighed lightly, "Yea - looks to be that way." His voice was light yet deep in tone, seeing as he didn't like the sight out there. Normally he was used to seeing the dark and foggy sky.

Vector smiled and leaned back on his hands, looking up at the sky. "So tell me about your life before this..." He tried to make light conversation but also so he could make Valic feel more at home here, or at least less stressed.

Valic shrugged his shoulder lightly and pursed his lips softly, looking at the ground for a moment. "Well - I came from a pretty low down family, you had to be rich or powerful to be within war or you had to be chosen by a high powered other. But I was a determined little monster - and I pushed myself to be what I am now, I worked rather hard to get to where I was. And I got to on of the top spots and then, poof...I was in war. I liked it though, I grew bonds with others and I earned friends here and there - but stuff happened and now I'm like this."

Vector sighed, "Oh..." it was really all he could say, sure he didn't agree with demons being the Angel's slaves, but he knew that it was their laws. "So you would rather be back in your own world?" he asked curiously.

"I don't know - it's pretty much fend for yourself, you have to be a brute and barbaric kinda person...I don't think I like it that much. I mean, I don't know how many times I had to be stitched back together..." Valic said, chuckling and absent laugh from an old memory of getting his first stitching - the half point on his tail was sliced and he had to have his tail stitched back on.

Vector looked at the other, "So which place sounds better to you, Here or the Demon World??" He asked a bit worried at what he would say, he didn't want Valic to leave him, at least not yet...

Valic thought a moment, "It's going to take me a long time to get used to this place...but I guess I'd rather stay here for a while. I mean, being there kinda made me bitter and I never really knew much aside from hate and evil lust so...I guess knowing about other stuff might be nice."

"It's a first time for me to see something like this - so I have to agree with you on that." He said with a small leer touching his lips as he sat still, soon crossing his legs and placing his black gloved hands on his ankles, looking out the window again. "How come you guys get to see the stars and we don't? Besides...what are those made of?"

Vector smiled, "Because of smoke." He said simply, "You see since demons live in a warmer environment, it creates more smoke which makes clouds, and since angels live in cooler climates we get to see the sky clearer." He sighed looking up at the stars, "Stars are supposedly made of small balls of energy, that are burning so much it creates what we call stars." He smiled at Valic, "Does that help?"

Valic nodded his head casually as he looked at the bright white little flares in the darkened navy sky before looking at Vector, "Yea I guess it does. Thanks." He said in a lazed voice before looking over to a small little glimmer on the floor across from him. "What's that?" He asked with his head tilted like an amused puppy.

Valic looked over at Vector as though he were crazy or something was wrong with him mentally and his head tipped to the side in curiosity. "Ummmm...You okay over there?" he asked with furrowed brows before just scooting towards the little shinny stuff to take a look on his own.

Valic looked away and grabbed what was shinny and looked it over - a small little silver pearl with half cut off and had the carvings of a small rose - it was on a small and thin chain and looked rather lovely. He snarled at it and placed it away - he didn't like lovely things like that. Seeing as his necklace was literally made of the bones of a small animals' spine and held in the center as the crown jewel was a long claw.

"It was just a lady's item." Valic said, waving his hand a little towards the other as he stood up and walked around the smaller and slightly dusty room. He pursed his lips before looking down at Vector for a second or two before looking away, think that he was giving the dirty look.

Valic walked towards the door and stepped to it and looked down before hearing foot steps - thinking it was the older lady he looked around for somewhere to hide. Seeing as the stairs were hidden by a door that was wide open down there, "Someone's coming, we need to hide. That older lady creeps me out..."

Seeing an old grandfather clock, he stepped over to it and looked behind it - a small pocket of space to hide. "That way, go in - hurry up." Valic said in a hushed whisper - ushering the other to hurry up since he was smaller and there would be more space for him. He could hear the foot steps stop at the bottom door and a questioning voice pipped up in a mutter.

Valic rolled his eyes and grabbed Vector by his arms and pulled him out - placing him in the space behind the clock and between the wall where there was a small pocket. He gently moved the other in and stepped in as well - moving him towards the larger gap as he stood still and watched through the small cracks in the walls. Seeing as demons were great at disguise, thus the dark tattoos and clothing.

Valic placed a hand over the other's mouth with a frown - trying to silence the other as he stood still and watched. He saw an elder male butler walk in, he looked to be about sixty or seventy. The man narrowed his eyes and looked around with his back straight and stiff, glaring while he looked around. "Young master? Are you here? You know this place is off limits."

Valic watched with narrowed eyes, his horns just touching the clock's back as he stared intently. The long black leathery tail with black snake-like scales on the back of it glimmering softly as it wiggled a bit. After a moment he glanced over at Vector in wonder at what he was doing.

Valic shook his head and looked forwards before hiding a bit behind the clock so his face wouldn't show as the Butler's old gaze turned in their direction. After a few more lingering and heavy minutes, the butler turned and left, shutting the top and bottom door on his way out. Valic waited until the sound of foot falls were gone before stepping out with a sigh of relief.

Valic looked around a moment and pursed his lips a little, it looked like a research room to him, to study the stars or maybe to study other things. He shrugged it off and followed after Vector for a moment before looking at a large painting that looked rather old and hard to make out.

Valic raised a brow a bit and tipped his head to the side, "Really?" He asked - slightly confused yet amused. They didn't have things like that, they had huge monsters that just flew and carried messages for them. So there were no need for those, stepping over and tilting his head with furrowed brows he lightly poked it. "What is it?"

Vector mutter flipping through the note book, he stopped on a sketch of a a tall male angel with Bright pure white wings, his silver hair was flying through the wind, he looked like a goddess. In the sketch the angel was smiling and laughing, he looked truly happy in this picture. Vector sighed as he stared at the picture, it was familiar but also a mystery to him.

A moment or two later he looked away from the back of the note book and towards the door - hearing soft foot steps walking around at the first door, must be someone just walking around.

Watching the other cower for a moment he chuckled a little, he liked fear in others for some reason. Maybe it was because some demons were sadist, shaking his head a bit he looked back at Vector. As the thunder cracked it made Vector jump each time. He held tightly to Valic's hand as they preceded down the stairs. His body still shaking, since he wasn't one for storms or loud noises, thunder storms always made him jump.
