High School Drama.

Joshua wiggled free and scooted under the bed, relishing the feeling of safety and security. He gazed at Valic, honestly waiting to be drilled and stuck under the bed.

Valic looked at him, "You love being under there more than you like me, right?" He asked with a raised brow, seeing if he could guilt trick the other out, "How hurtful."

Joshua stayed silent, gazing at Valic. He seemed like the average cat hiding, just gazing at him. He pawed at one of the boards.

Valic jumped on the bed and rolled on it for a moment, his mom wasn't coming home that night - she had 'important' business with her 'boss'.

The moment Joshua was left alone he crawled out and pawed at Valic's arm, then nuzzled it with a purr. He gently kneaded the floor.

Valic looked down at the other with a raised brow, he already accepted the actions the other had - not really minding it in the slightest. He rolled to the edge of the bed to watch the other on the floor.

Joshua reached up his head and lightly touched his nose to Val's. He purred softly and rolled over.

Valic smiled faintly and leaned down, gently rubbing the other's cheek. "Hey, come lay up here." He demanded in undertone, he was pretty calm and feeling lazy at the moment. Grabbing the Tv remote, he flipped it on. Wanting to just curl up with Joshua, pet his hair, and watch Tv.

Joshua wiggled his butt and jumped on the bed, curling up beside Valic. He purred and lightly nuzzled him, demanding love. More and more love.

Valic kissed his cheek before moving his arm to be Joshua's pillow, being at the elbow so he could play with the wavy blonde locks, looking at the Tv and scrolling through the channels. He started to think about how Neku treated Joshua? Did Neku neglect Joshua for games and the Tv? Did he ever cuddle or hold the blonde like Val did? Did he accept the fact Joshua was like a cat? The questions kept racing around his mind.

Joshua gazed at Valic. "You're thinking. Is it a strange sensation?" He asked teasingly, trying to get Valic to have a little wrestle with him. "Since you're so big and mean~"

Valic narrowed his eyes down at the blonde for a moment, "No - I think all the time." He growled, biting his shoulder, being very careful not to hurt him too much. "I'm the one who tutors you, dork~"

"That doesn't mean you think--dummy!" Joshua exclaimed with a smirk, growling softly at Valic. "Fight me, it could all just be a clever rouse!" He purred.

Valic bit the other's neck gently with a growl, nipping at his collarbone softly and pushing him back a little, demanding affection from the other rather than fighting.

Joshua yelped at the unexpected affection and rolled onto his back to show his belly. He wanted to fight right now and refused to give the love until so.

Valic refused to fight with the other and just pressed more and more little pecks, but figured a little torture could be involved - so he lightly tickled the other, but pinned him down.

Joshua yelped at the tickle and tried to yank himself away, still fighting against Valic. "No love! No love for you, mere peasant!"

Valic raised a brow and nipped his cheek gently, "Mmm, sure. He growled out lightly, nipping his cheek once more, "You know you enjoy the love I give~"

"I do not like love! Love--I'm allergic to it!" Joshua made dramatic choking sounds, and tried to roll off of the bed, but he was still pinned under Valic.

Valic hugged him gently, "Well I'll give you an epi-pen soon." He hummed, seeing as he had pocky on the desk on the other side of the room.

Joshua perked up. He tried to squirm free still, unaware that Valic just wanted love. "Fight me!"

Valic frowned a little and flipped Joshua so that he would lay stomach down on the bed, flopping on top of him - being careful when doing so. "Three, two, one - you're down." He growled out, nipping his neck.

Joshua yelped and tried to shove Valic away. "Not fair, you have all the muscles and you're a jerk! I'm too weak and pitiful!" The small teen went limp to escape.

Valic sat up and off of Joshua, getting up and grabbing a box of strawberry pocky for Joshua, getting back in bed. He laid on his back next to the blonde, looking him over a moment before tossing the box at his arm.

Joshua popped up at the Pocky and pulled open the box, nibbling on one of the strawberry sticks. "Thank you." He mumbled out softly.

Valic nodded his head to the other and kissed his cheek gently, "Do you care when I kiss you in the hall?" He remembered how Neku wouldn't even hold his hand, how he would merely slide a slip of paper to him. However, Valic kissed him in front of everyone so shamelessly.

Joshua took another stick and chewed it in thought. "Yeah--it's a little embarrassing, but I can deal." He grinned at Valic and shoved a Pocky in his face. "Play with me!"

Valic nodded before snapping down on the Japanese treat was waved in front of him, eating just about half of it right then and there. "Well since it embarrasses you I guess I'll do it more often~" He teased, kissing his cheek lightly before hearing the play comment. "Mmm, what do you want to play?"

"Pocky game." Hands down it was Joshua's favorite game. He ate the rest of Valic's piece and got a new one, putting one end in his mouth.

Valic nodded and rolled over to lay on top of Joshua, taking the other end and biting off a massive part already - he had no fear towards the game any longer, they did this often so he just rolled with it.

Joshua huffed as half of it was gone already and growled," You don't know how to take it slow!" Joshua nibbled off a half inch or so, he always took his time--and annoyed the crap out of Valic.

Valic mumbled against his already eaten half, "Don't make me bite off the rest, slow poke!" He growled, nibbling forwards with a slight growl, his hands resting under the other's shirt, placed at Joshua's sides. Gently rubbing his shoulders.

Joshua growled back and took an even smaller bite. "I'll go as slow as I want to, jerk~" He purred and nibbled a teeny bit off. His hands gently rubbed Valic's shoulders as well.

Valic rolled his eyes before taking another bite - they were at least half an inch apart now. "Don't test me or there won't be much Pocky left for you~" He growled out lightly.

"There's already no Pocky left, sir." Joshua huffed and ate the last bit, swallowing before pressing a kiss on Valic's lips. He shut his eyes, purring.

Valic had already swallowed his half and gladly returned the kiss, half the time they ate one pocky and that was it and they ended up mindlessly kissing the rest of the night.

Joshua could tell it was one of those nights and kissed Valic deeper. He was a bad leader but he was trying, at least. He opened one eye and gazed at Val.

Valic gave off a little growl and pressed deeper as well, he seemed rather content with what they were doing and began to wonder when the other's birthday was - it was the middle of February so he honestly hoped he hadn't missed it or that Neku had done something first.

Joshua was unaware of what Valic was thinking and he just smiled faintly, against the kiss. He allowed his lips to part ever so slightly, so Valic could come over and French him if he wanted to.

Valic did just so, pushing in and giving him a French kiss - being a little rough to fight with the other some, like he'd demanded just about all day.

Joshua blushed at the rough French and tried to fight back, but he just wasn't as strong as Valic. He purred softly and bit the other's tongue ever so gently.

Valic ran his hands down to rub his hips gently, giving off a possessive growl before parting the kiss from the other, figuring he needed to breathe a little. "When's your birthday?" He murmured to the other, nipping his neck gently to show the other was still getting attention and affection.

"M-my birthday is..." Joshua's voice trailed off and he decided to not answer the question. No one besides Mr. H and his family knew his birthday, and he honestly didn't want anyone celebrating it.

"Just tell me the day and month." He murmured softly into his neck, giving a faint hickey where no one but himself would see it, "I want to get you something for your birthday - I want you to feel special."

"I'm fine, the Pocky makes me feel special." Joshua gently ran his fingers over the hickey. "And this does too. You don't need to know, really. Not even Neku knows."

Valic looked him over a moment, sitting up and somewhat looming over the smaller male. "But I want to know, I want to get you something that you''ll keep with you until the day you decide it lacks importance.." He murmured, kissing Joshua's hand gently. "Please tell me." He murmured softly.

"It doesn't matter." Joshua denied, still refusing to tell the information. He gazed at Valic for a few seconds. "Aren't you happy just the way you are? I don't know your birthday but I'm happy."

"It matters to me." Valic murmured, kissing his wrists gently, remembering that time in the stall where he noticed the old and new wounds, "I was born in May - the twenty fifth." Val responded, "There, you know my birthday." He hummed, leaning down and kissing up his inner arm.

Joshua blinked at the strange kissing places and glanced away. "That's nice..." He mumbled out softly, eyes half lidded. "My brother was born on December 25th..."

"I don't care when your brother was born, I want to know when you were born." Valic responded simply, kissing his wrists again before rubbing the old scars. "Hey, don't do this anymore..." He murmured softly, being gentle in case his flesh was tender from the infliction.
