High School Drama.

Joshua grinned and nuzzled Valic happily, he was so happy to have a love-and-cuddle buddy. "Good, because I always had a good feeling about you~"

Valic raised a brow down at the other, "Hmph, and when did you get those thoughts?" He asked with a slightly curious look, after all - if the other had thoughts of him when with Neku that would make him the happiest person of all times.

"Ah…when you said you liked my poem and drawing." Joshua brushed his hair back. "I just…y'know, started drifting away in class and I had a dream or two…"

Valic nodded a little, "Tell me more about this, I want to know all the little details as to when you wanted me." A slight grin crawled onto his lips as he turned a little to look down at him without straining, head tilted a little.

Joshua blushed as Valic lightly demanded the information. "Ah…well, in Spanish a few times my day got a whole lot brighter…and I began to actually WANT to go to tutorings, not football games…and once I had just a dream about a tutor session. It was…nice."

Valic nodded his head and bent his arm - the one around Joshua - to play with his hair in the calming situation. "Tell me about the dream then." His voice stayed soft, a calm ad gentle tone that seemed to just float about the room like how they were just floating on cloud nine together.

"Well, we were just learning about history when you just leaned over and kissed me…" Joshua seemed embarrassed and adorable. "And I was…okay with it. So it went…a little further."

Valic smiled at how innocent he was and how he was just too shy to speak about it, Val gave him a reassuring squeeze, "You don't have to talk about it if it makes you uncomfortable." He murmured, hearing the slight hesitation every now and then.

"It didn't get to that point, but a few times it came close…but you always stopped when I said so. Even in the dream." Joshua gazed at Valic. "That's how I knew I could trust you."

Valic nodded a little, "I respect when others tell me no." He sat up a little to move Joshua onto his lap, kissing his cheek gently - having him sit on his lap spider style. "I hated when you looked at Neku like he was hero, I was a jealous person for you."

Joshua blushed and looked away. He just…tended to do that a lot. The person he was with deserved all the praise and love he had.

Valic gave another soft smile and kissed his chest very faintly, "You blush too easily~" He purred out lovingly to the other, rubbing his hip very gently with a small hum in his tone.

Joshua lowered his head and blushed a little darker. He blushed as easily as he bruised--which was pretty easy. "S-shut it..." He whimpered.

Turning his gaze up at the other, he reached a hand up to rub the blushing cheek, giving off a low chuckle. "So innocent." He murmured before he leaned on the head board to just rub his hips, he figured if Mr. H found out of their relationship that he'd try to end it since Valic was older.

Joshua lowered his head and lightly nuzzled Valic's cheek. "Oh just shush." He growled out playfully, lightly pawing the other's cheek. He didn't know that Val was fussing over Mr. H finding out.

Valic kissed his cheek before he rubbed his bitten area, "I'd rather keep talking..." He sat up some and moved Joshua off his lap, standing with a stretch, "Time for breakfast Mr. Lazy-butt."

"Oh hush, you're the lazy one~" Joshua purred out, gazing at Valic with a lazy look on his face. "I want pancakes, I'll just wait up here for you to bring it to me on a silver platter~"

"Oh no you don't-" Valic reached over and scooped up the blonde, slinging him carefully over his shoulder so he was like that Princess being carried off by Shrek in the movie. He held his legs to support him while making his way out of the room and down the stairs.

"H-hey! Don't manhandle me!" Joshua lightly hit Valic's back, laughing as he was carried down the stairs. "Personal space, sir, personal space!" He wiggled around, making the walk a lot harder than it had to be.

Valic used the wall for support when he moved, setting him down when he was in the kitchen. "Go grab what you want in the pancakes, I've got fruit and candy in the fridge and pantry." Val gathered the ingredients and began to mix up the batter.

Joshua grinned and began to poke in the fridge, pulling out chocolate chips. He looked around for a few more seconds then shut the door, usually that was the only thing he wanted extra besides butter and syrup.

Valic took the chocolate chips from him and poured in two cups, mixing the batter and leaving it alone to fix the stove burners and get out a pan - greasing it before he put syrup and butter on the table with the forks and plates. "Want to pour the batter?"

"Nah, I'll let you do that." Joshua grinned and plopped down in a chair, yawning slightly. "Get cooking servant~I'm going to starve to death if you don't get on it~"

Valic snorted a little but he - of course - did as told and began to make the pancakes. If he liked you or felt you needed it, he'd do just about anything someone said, other wise - you were brushed off. His kindness was only handed out so very often.

Joshua purred out softly as Valic did as he said--all was going according to his evil kitty plan~ "So, puppy, you are my servant~" The small teen teased, wanting attention.

Valic looked at the other and stuck out his tongue teasingly, "Hush, kitten. The dog is still better than you." He growled, flipping pancakes and setting them to the side every other minute.

"Yeah yeah--uh-huh." Joshua rolled his eyes and tilted his head back, gazing at Valic. "And that's why you're making the kitty food, eh?"

"I have to feed you either way." He hummed, pecking his lips and setting the plate of hot fluffy pancakes down, taking a seat and taking at least four out of sixteen.

Joshua took three and began to add butter and syrup. "Yes~" He teased and got some of the sticky stuff on his nose. Of course, he was too cute.

Valic leaned over and licked the syrup off the tip of his nose, placing syrup and butter on his pancakes as well before eating, "So strange my little kitty is."

"Little kitty is not strange, rather, big puppy is the strange one." Joshua gave a small yawn and a smirk. "Licking my face~"

Valic narrowed his eyes before reaching over, tugging a lock of hair - though he tried not to yank it too hard. "Hush, child." He growled out playfully, eating the pancakes.

"I am no child--I am a teenager." Joshua lightly bit Valic's fingertips and purred softly. "You underestimate me, you dummy!"

Valic snorted softly before he finished his pancakes, setting his dirty plate in the sink, taking his seat by Joshua as soon as he was done. "Sure, sure~"

Joshua huffed and stabbed a pancake. "I am no child…I'm older than you." He muttered softly. "Maybe."

"You don't look like you're eighteen deary." Valic chimed to the blonde, flicking his nose softly before leaning back in his seat to let the other finish his pancakes.

"Technically I'm only four years old so shut up pedo." Joshua laughed and ate a little bit more before pushing the plate away. "You do know February 29th is Leap Day, right?"

Valic blinked, "I nearly forgot it was.... Oh well, I'm still getting you something so don't complain." He growled out faintly before rubbing his cheek gently, "A very cute, mature, tall four year old."

Joshua was actually about 267 around now but he smiled faintly up at Valic. "The best 4 year old around~" He purred and stood up suddenly, trying to crawl on Valic like a kitten would.

Valic scooted back in the chair so that Joshua could get on his lap, pulling him up and hugging him close to his chest. "You smell like pancakes and pocky and my cologne."

"And you smell like poop." Joshua purred out with a laugh, snuggling into Valic happily. "But that's okay because you're a giant turd~"

Valic rolled his eyes at the other's comment and punished him by tickling his sides, "Don't be rude to me after I just fed you." He growled teasingly, keeping him on his lap while dancing his finger tips over his sides.

Joshua had actually been about 15 that day, but this was the Leap Day--so it was February 29th. Mr. H had gotten him a few cool things, like a new five thousand dollar violin. Yeah, Joshua was spoiled.

Valic had a present for the other's birthday, it was a little small music playing piano - they were harder to come by in this part of America since the one had wasn't even from America. He pursed his lips - he'd give it to him at the end of the day when they normally met up by the lockers.

Joshua had managed to stay in school all day, but he had nearly ran out of class to find Valic about ten times. The other had been promising an amazing present for about a month and Joshua was ready to tear him apart to find it.

Valic hummed and walked out of the gym room - actually clean and in regular clothing since the coach gave them a break. He had a good sized box in hand with the little piano in it, there was also a little bit of money he had saved up for him too.

Joshua caught sight of Valic and raced over to him, jumping on his front and demanded to be held, despite the package in his hand. "Come on, tell me!"

Valic caught Joshua with ease, holding him with one arm before pulling the packaging out for him, holding him with two arms when the gift was in Joshua's possession. "I know it's not as good as the violin but I tried to get something memorable."

Joshua smiled and took the present. He lightly unwrapped it and gazed at the piano. He lightly lifted the top and grinned at the faint tune that it played. He wound it up so that it would play a little bit quicker. "Wow...it's amazing..."

Valic smiled a little, there was money at the bottom of the box - it was around two hundred dollars. "I hope it's good enough for you." He murmured to the blonde in his grasp that was mesmerized.
