High School Drama.

Valic blinked at the kiss but leaned down and returned it, supporting himself so he didn't crush Joshua under his built up weight. What was up with the random kiss? Was it from what he had said?

Joshua demanded more, being greedy and lustful for once--they had done more fighting than loving at this point. He shifted his position so that they were kind of in reverse piggy-back style, and kissed deeper.

Valic leaned against the attic door that was in his closet, hands resting just above the other's hips - more over on his waist while returning the passionate and needy kisses.

Joshua felt the other's hands drift over his hips, and parted his lips slightly--maybe this is what Valic had wanted when he lightly bit his lip earlier? Neku had done this a few times but it was sloppy and untrained. He didn't mind the closeness in the closet, in fact the tightness in the darkness of the closed closet made it even better.

Valic felt a small entrance appear and leaned closer, a hand snaking up and tangling in the other's hair - holding the back of his head gently while he French Kissed the younger, smaller boy. Valic honestly never saw this happening from the first day they met, but the kid grew on you after time.

Joshua's blush grew dark--that was what Valic wanted. He wasn't sure how he felt about this whole new experience, the other's tongue exploring the warm regions of his sweet-tasting mouth. He just rested his hands on the other's shoulders.

Valic peeked open a faded jade eye to see the red scarlet blush on his face, giving off an inner smirk while he pressed the kiss deeper. Unlike Neku - he was far more experienced and knew what he was doing when he kissed.

Joshua made a faint whimpering sound, opening his mouth a little wider to allow Valic more room to explore and feel around. He shut his eyes slightly, feeling the other's fingers gently tug on his hair.

Valic growled softly in the kiss, a possessive sound while he leaned over on the other, the floor creaking a little underneath the heavy weight of the two. He practically had the other on his back, grabbing his hands in each of his own.

His mother stared at the cup cakes and frowned before hearing a soft creaking upstairs, looking up with narrowed eyes.

Joshua gave another faint whine, at the growl--now it was quite obvious who the 'male' and who the 'girl' was. He was almost on his back at that point, trembling slightly.

Valic pushed him fully down, gripping his hands gently - it was near the end of school so the other's mom didn't need to be so suspicious of his early way home. Sadly though - she would be more than suspicious between Val and Joshua now that the door was open and she was staring down at the two.

Joshua winced slightly at the light and quickly shoved away from Valic--but it was too late, they had already been seen. Now everything was ruined…he probably couldn't sleep over again. Of course he would never do anything with Valic, but still…

Valic's mother raised a brow at the two, tapping her finger on her arm - even if she was the literal definition of a whore - she still taught her child better. "Hi, Joshua." She muttered before glaring at Valic - who was calm and cool about the whole situation - they were the exact same. Trying to intimidate one another, after about ten silent minutes of the two staring at each other she growled, "Stop skipping school, and don't do anything nasty in this house, understand?" She figured Joshua's guardian was already aware of this, and since the two were kissing she figured it was alright with the guardian. "Don't let me catch it again."

Joshua gave a small nod, knees drawn up by his chest and he glanced away. If Mr. H had been the one to catch them there would probably be a gun to both Valic and Joshua's head--but mostly Valic. He was that 'dad' who was against his 'daughter' dating.

She glared the other two down before stepping out and shutting the closet door, it was clear that Joshua wouldn't be spending the night until she forgot the whole incident - which would be soon with her liquor intake. "Sorry about that..." He muttered down to the other.

Joshua gave a small shrug. He grinned over at Valic. "Totally worth it." He muttered out softly, standing up and stretching. "Well, I have to go soon probably…since, y'know…"

Valic nodded and stood up after Joshua before looking at the black eye that had gone down by now, "Alright - I'll drive you home.' There was no longer an option in his tone, he was driving Joshua back to the cafe`.

Joshua gazed at Valic for a few seconds. "Your mom won't hurt you, will she?" He asked quietly, having seen a few scars on his arms from shards of liquor glass bottles she had no doubt hit him with. "I'm not going if she does."

"Nah, the worst she'll do it scold me - i'll be fine.' He reassured Joshua, opening the door from the closet and gently leading the other out of the room and down the stairs towards one of his cars.

Joshua followed a bit more slowly, sighing softly. He got into the shotgun seat and sighed softly. "If she does then tell me." He muttered out softly, he didn't want Valic's mom hurting him.

Valic looked down at Joshua, "I know how to handle it... But thanks for worrying." He smiled weakly at the other while he started the cat up.

Joshua gazed out the window, he felt like he was hurting Valic. "Well…I don't…" His voice trailed off and he sighed softly.

Valic looked over at Joshua and set a hand on his knee gently, "Hey, don't worry - okay?" Valic gave him a reassuring smile before he continued to focus on driving, "She's not gonna do anything because we already talked about it."

"I can't help but feel...bad." Joshua lowered his head and gazed ahead blankly, sighing softly. "And what if Mr. Hanekoma finds out?" That was one of his worst fears, because he knew Mr. H would put up a magical barrier...

Valic looked down at him and sighed softly, "He won't - she won't say anything about it just keep hush-hush about this." He murmured, stopping the car a little space away, kissing Joshua briefly, "I'll see you tomorrow morning."

Joshua returned the kiss faintly but awkwardly, kind of catching the side of the other's lips instead of a kiss. He got out of the car and waved slightly, heading into the cafe.

Valic was in his car, driving down to Joshua's home with a soft hum, he looked around and parked the car out front while he waited for the other to come and join him. He brushed back his hair and looked to the side and out the window.

Joshua bounced out of the cafe doors, Mr. H hadn't found out...yet. He hopped into the side of the car door after giving Mr. H's cheek a little kiss--like a daughter to her father. But he frowned at the scratchy stuble, lightly hitting his chest before going to the car.

Valic smiled a little over at Joshua once he got in and was buckled up, he started up the car and pulled out - getting ready to start driving, "Scarlet dropped your school stuff off, it's in the back." He hummed over to the other as he made their way to the school.

"Well I don't care about it." Joshua's grades had started to drop again, since he was starting to lose his care again. "I'm not going to college anyway, and the legal year you can drop out is junior--which is next year for me." He also had that promise to fill for Valic.

"Well if you're gonna drop out then at least have good grades to pass the year." Valic murmured over to the other while he drove to the school parking lot, driving up to his own spot and parking before getting out to gather their things.

"Why even try?" Joshua asked, raising an eyebrow. He had no plans to stay--after the school year he was going back to being an angel. And taking Valic with him, this time. He would learn, sometime in the future...

Valic shrugged a bit, "We tried hard boosting your grades up, don't let them fall of else we'll start having study dates again." Valic warned the other with a slight smile, he had a bandaid over his right cheek where his mom his him - her ring having cut him a little.

Joshua gave a faint shrug, muttering," That's not a problem to me." He brushed back his hair and gazed at Valic. "You make that seem like a bad thing."

Valic snorted softly and walked towards the gym door, opening it and stepping outside - his car three spaces away from where he sat. Valic walked over and gently set Joshua down by the side of the car on the passenger side, "Get in - toss your stuff in the trunk." Valic hummed, starting up the car.

Joshua pulled up the trunk of the car and tossed his backpack and lanyard in. He shut it firmly and then got in the side of the car. "Do you want to share something?" He asked with a small yawn.

Valic tossed his things in the back before looking to the other when spoken to, "Ah, yea, that would be good." He murmured with a small smile before getting in the car, "Subway or somewhere else?" He asked with a raised brow, pulling out of the driver's spot.

"That place is fine, I'll eat there." Joshua had set standards--no fast food or anything. Subway was an exception--he liked some of their foods. "Do you want me to help pay?" Joshua always asked that, every time.

"Nah, it's fine - I got it." Valic murmured, starting their drive towards the near by Subway shop that would have everything they wanted there. "Want to share a drink too?"

"Nope--I don't want your germs in my mouth." Joshua yawned slightly, he was kidding. "Sure, just get two straws or something. I don't want to get the ugly disease that you have~" He gazed out the window in thought.

Valic smirked a bit and looked over at Joshua a moment before fake punching his arm, "Shut it rudeness." He growled before he looked out the window again and started to drive towards their destination. "What do you want on it?"

"Ah, just basic stuff..." Joshua muttered out softly, brushing back his soft ashy hair and pretending to wince at the hit. "Ouch, meanie...you're just so mean to me...I'm too little." He gazed out the window again.

Valic snorted faintly, "Sure you are." He muttered before pulling into the driveway and parking the car, getting out and waiting for the other to do the same, fixing his green and white jersey. "What do you want to be when you're older?"

Joshua kind of inwardly giggling to himself, he wasn't going to get older. "Ah...maybe study Angelology...they fascinate me. Even if no one cares about it..." He gazed down at a puddle, gazing at his reflection in the faintly rippling tiny pool of water. He just gazed up and towards the building.

Valic nodded and grabbed the other's hand in his own, pulling him over to his side and draping said arm over Joshua's shoulders after releasing the grabbed hand. "I want to be a professional Lacrosse player when I'm older. Maybe play on the Maryland team if I'm lucky enough." He hummed before looking at the other, "And what's Angelology?"

"Do you really want that? A lot?" Joshua raised an eyebrow slightly, if Valic seemed to really want to do that when he was older, maybe he'd forget about killing the other. After all, he was just a human...or angel, in this case. "It's the study of angels." He kept it brief.

"Of course I do~ I'm pretty good at it, I just need a college to accept me. But I won't get into any of the places I want to go, they don't allow murderers." Valic frowned briefly but got over it, "Oh well though." Valic murmured before nodding, "Sounds interesting~"

Joshua raised an eyebrow. "You've killed someone?" Of course, he wouldn't tell Valic that he had--That was just...no. He had his own reasons, that the other wouldn't understand. He'd get called crazy, no matter what happened. "Well, I'm sure if they looked past that..."

"They murdered my baby sister in the middle of the night so... I kinda just dismembered and decapitated them once we jumped out the window." He mumbled softly, entering the fast food joint, "They won't - they can't really..." He shrugged it off and got in the short line, arm still over Joshua.

Joshua gave a faint shrug and gazed at Valic. "Well, I would have done the same thing...but my younger sister died of an asthma attack. So I didn't really have anyone to curse but God himself...so I did." Valic wouldn't really understand what he meant.
